Job summary

Leland in the United States is seeking an experienced DIY coach to guide clients through home and craft projects with confidence. You will help identify suitable projects, plan and budget for success, and teach tool use, safety, and techniques in a structured, supportive way.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high‑quality client experience in an AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on DIY, woodworking, or home-improvement experience.
• Prior coaching or teaching experience is required.
• Clear, structured approach to helping clients build practical skills step by step.

Responsibilities

This role includes general exploration to help clients identify projects that fit their interests and skill level, as well as project planning and budgeting to set them up for success. Coaches also teach tool and equipment use, home repair and improvement, woodworking, and crafting techniques, while emphasizing safety practices throughout every project. Ideal candidates have extensive hands‑on DIY, woodworking, or home improvement experience, prior coaching or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients build practical skills step by step. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high‑quality, supportive experience for every client.
