Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert automotive parts knowledge and high-quality service. You will handle in-store and phone interactions, perform basic services, and contribute to inventory and store upkeep.

The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE readiness. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and the position is full-time with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Past sales experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASe P2 certification or ASE-ready equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery testing and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder duties including opening/closing and safety compliance.
• Assist inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
