Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers with expert product knowledge and advanced store systems usage. You will drive sales, perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication in English, and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required, and you may work a varied schedule including

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Able to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder duties and security tasks.
