Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert part knowledge and top-tier service to DIY customers in our stores. The role emphasizes advanced identification, troubleshooting, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

You will support in-store inventory, POS operations, and customer engagement while upholding safety and store standards. Must have automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate inventory and POS systems.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Uphold high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment.
