Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts expertise in store. The role emphasizes gas-two selling experience, customer service excellence, and the ability to work with store systems to identify and source parts.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. This full-time position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, in a retail store

Qualifications

• Experience in DIY and automotive parts sales.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and parts catalogs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic software.
• ASE certification preferred or ASE readiness.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety, opening/closing tasks.
