Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to deliver expert automotive parts guidance, support DIY customers, and drive sales.

You will work with store systems, perform battery and wiper services, and uphold service and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver’s license, ASE certification preferred, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, opening/closing duties
• Assist in inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness
• Operate inventory systems and POS and parts lookup systems
• Provide advanced parts lookups and sourcing as needed
