Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY assistance and high levels of customer service in our store.

You will apply extensive parts knowledge, operate store systems, and help customers identify, source, and install parts and services. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, basic ASE certification preferred, and the ability to manage inventory, POS transactions, and daily store tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions
• Education: ASE certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
