Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Fallsington, PA seeks a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive knowledge and exceptional service for DIY customers. You will leverage store systems, handle advanced parts lookups, and contribute to sales goals while performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

As a key holder, you’ll help with opening/closing, inventory tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment, building strong relationships with customers and team

Qualifications

3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
Proven sales ability in a retail setting.
Valid driver's license required.
ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance/safety.
Key holder responsibilities: opening/closing, task assignment, safety.
