Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery testing/installation, wiper installs, and other DIY services while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to locate and source parts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
