Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and build relationships
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
• Basic math skills for transactions and measuring units
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in retail environments

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone
• Meet personal sales goals and support store sales targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery and wiper installations
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and related tasks
