Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets
• Deliver DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Keep the store clean and well-organized (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting)
• Assist with general stocking and back stock replenishment
• Operate inventory systems and POS and parts lookup tools
