Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, help customers, and meet sales goals in our retail store. This role can be part time or full time and requires knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts.

You will perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation, manage inventory, stock shelves, and provide safe, friendly customer service. The job involves some lifting, weekend hours, and using a delivery board system to source parts

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory processes including stock, back stock, and cycle counts.
