Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers, and perform basic automotive part knowledge and services. The role may be part-time or full-time and involves operating store systems, sourcing parts from multiple channels, and maintaining inventory and showroom standards.

Formación

• Customer-facing sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to operate store systems and tools.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts familiarity.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Ensure store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed.
