Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers both in-store and by phone, helping the store reach its sales objectives. The role covers basic automotive parts knowledge, battery/wiper services, and strong inventory discipline.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of retail sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
