Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Salesperson to support our DIY customers in-store and by phone. This entry-level role requires basic automotive knowledge, the ability to source parts, and strong customer service skills.

You will help manage inventory and operate store systems while assisting with battery and wiper services. The position may be full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to perform basic math and work flexible days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Hit personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and shoot outs.
