Job summary

Part-time or full-time shifts are available, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include battery and wiper service, inventory control, and safe, accurate parts delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use delivery board system and inventory/parts lookup tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, basic math, and reading safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and provide DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and handle stocking duties.
