Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge, with the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and strong inventory/operational skills, including safety and use of basic DIY diagnostic tools.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use store systems, parts catalogs, and inventory processes.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Physical demands include walking, reaching, and handling parts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory accuracy.
• Deliver parts to customers safely when needed.
