Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson in Cookeville, TN to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service goals. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

The position can be part time or full time; 2-3 years of sales experience in retail is preferred. English communication is essential, with Spanish a plus. Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds and work varied shifts is expected.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use inventory and parts lookup systems.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Capable of operating POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
