Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to deliver exceptional DIY customer service in our store. The role supports battery installation, testing, wiper installation, and other DIY services while helping meet store sales goals and maintaining inventory and operational standards.

The position is part-time or full-time and requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and strong customer communication. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
