Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to interpret parts catalogs.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50–100 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory tasks.
• Support inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized; assist with stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when required.
