It can be part-time or full-time with responsibilities spanning customer service, DIY services, and inventory maintenance. The position emphasizes friendly communication, accurate math for transactions, and flexibility to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; communication with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and pricing.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock.
