• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, opening/closing).
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, etc.).
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
