Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from stores and suppliers.

The position may be part time or full time, with flexible scheduling to include weekends. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent DIY customer service, reaching personal sales goals, and performing services such as battery

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and measurements
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, delivering superior customer experiences

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including stocking, cycle counts, and back stock
• Deliver parts to customers as needed
