Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Statesboro, GA seeks a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs) and maintain inventory and store standards.

Must be able to work varied days/evenings/weekends and comfortably use store systems. Strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, safety awareness, and ability to source parts from multiple channels are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
