Job summary

You should have basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers. The role can be part-time or full-time; fleet safety certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English clearly to communicate with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards including inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
