Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role covers customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and in‑store inventory management. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities including DIY battery installations and wiper services.

You will work to meet personal and store sales goals, maintain store standards, and assist with inventory and stocking. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
