You will operate POS and inventory systems, assist with battery and wiper installations, and help maintain inventory integrity. The position can be part time or full time and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a diverse retail environment with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to use POS, parts lookup, and inventory systems.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and sourcing capabilities.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone; meet sales goals.
• Assist with DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product presentation and inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and back stock management.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed and keep work area clean and organized.
