Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Salesperson to support the DIY business, available as part-time or full-time. You will help customers in-store and by phone, perform basic DIY services, and maintain inventory and store standards.

Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, delivering parts to customers, and using POS and inventory systems. Strong communication and basic automotive knowledge are required; driving and scheduling flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent selling experiences for DIY customers
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including counts, back stock, and deliveries
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems to locate and ring up items

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
