Advance Auto Parts in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Salesperson for an entry-level role to support the DIY customer base and meet sales objectives. The position requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

This role can be part-time or full-time. Candidates should be able to perform battery installations, wiper installs, and other DIY services. Basic math and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts familiarity.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services (battery/wiper installs) when needed.
• Keep product display and store standards.
• Handle inventory tasks: put-away, counts, back stock.
• Maintain clean store and assist with stocking.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
