Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Meet personal sales targets and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including put-away, counts, back stock.
• Keep store clean and stock aisles; deliver parts as needed.
