Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Beulaville, NC is seeking aSalesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service goals. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and customer service. It can be part-time or full-time with fleet safety certification preferred.

You will assist customers, perform basic services like battery tests and wiper installs, and ensure inventory accuracy and store standards are maintained. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic automotive parts & system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.

• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
