Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business. This entry-level role focuses on customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and accurate store operations. Position can be part-time or full-time and may require weekend shifts.

You will assist customers both in-store and by phone, perform DIY services, and help maintain inventory and store standards while building strong relationships across the team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized; assist with stocking.
