Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic math, and experience in a retail environment. The role may require flexible days, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math for units, decimals and measurements.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
