Job summary

An automotive parts retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro in Acworth, Georgia. This role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing DIY services and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates should have prior automotive parts experience, strong sales abilities, and be able to effectively communicate with customers. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure store cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
