Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is looking for a qualified Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency.

You will help customers locate items, perform basic DIY services, maintain safety standards, and participate in inventory and store presentation tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer fulfillment experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder duties including opening/closing.
• Assist in inventory, cycle counts, back stock.
