Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone with advanced parts identification and expert knowledge of store systems. The role emphasizes parts sourcing from multiple channels and providing high-quality service.

You will leverage 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, with ASE certification preferred, to identify parts, perform diagnostics, and support inventory and POS operations. This is a full-time position at our US stores.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability and ability to fulfill customer transactions
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close)
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock)
