Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role supports advanced DIY services, assists customers in person and over the phone, and helps maintain store appearance and safety standards.

ASE certification is preferred, valid driver's license required, and 3–5 years of parts experience is expected. The position is full-time and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
