Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and sales ability.
• Must have valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Support opening/closing duties and safety compliance.
