Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our store team in the United States.

This professional sales role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services, and supports customers with advanced part identification and sourcing from multiple channels. You will handle parts lookup, stock management, and DIY services such as battery installation and testing, while upholding high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service-minded professional with automotive parts knowledge.
• Experience in retail sales and fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
