Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, share expert knowledge of automotive parts, and support in-store services such as battery installations and wiper changes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of auto parts experience, strong English communication, and ASE certification preferred. A valid driver's license is required for this full-time role with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in a retail or fulfillment role.
• Must have strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus).
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
