Job summary

A leading automotive retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in North Augusta, SC. This full-time role requires extensive automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience in parts sales. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in the field and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
