Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is looking for a Retail Parts Pro in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive systems and be capable of providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and assisting with inventory processes. A valid driver’s license and prior automotive parts experience are required. ASE Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedural manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
