Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and mastery of store systems. This full-time role involves advanced identification, troubleshooting and sourcing to meet customer needs.

You will perform DIY services such as battery installations and testing, drive sales, maintain store appearance, and assume key holder duties. A minimum of 3–5 years in auto parts and strong English communication are preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Knowledge of DIY services (battery, wipers).
• Able to use store inventory and POS systems.
• English fluency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
