Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will handle battery work, wiper installations, and parts lookups while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience with strong knowledge of store systems and parts sourcing. ASE certification is preferred; valid driver's license required for some locations.

Qualifications

3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
Ability to use parts lookup and POS systems efficiently.
Effective communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
