Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert automotive knowledge in our stores across the United States.

The role emphasizes GAS2 selling, parts lookup, and the ability to source from multiple channels while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements, and acting as a key holder for opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must pass the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
