Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge, store systems proficiency and top‑tier customer service for DIY customers.

The role involves advanced identification, troubleshooting and supporting parts sourcing across the store. You will handle battery installations, wiper installs, and other DIY services, meet sales and service goals, and share in key holder duties.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in automotive parts or related sector.
• ASE P2 certification preferred, but not required.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and repair manuals.
• Willing to work diverse shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
