Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You will identify parts, assist with services, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, a valid driver's license, and strong sales and communication skills. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred, but not required
• Must be able to read and interpret safety and parts documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (open/close, safety)
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock
• Use store systems for parts lookup and inventory management
