Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive parts knowledge and sell DIY solutions to customers in our store. You will handle parts identification, troubleshooting, and service tasks while maintaining inventory accuracy and store appearance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of parts experience, ASE readiness, and strong communication skills to support both in-person and phone inquiries. This is a full-time in-store role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Strong sales and customer service ability.
• ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder duties including safety and opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory, back stock, and floor cleanliness.
