Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. You will have expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts, and will assist with sourcing, special orders, and complex customer requests.

The role requires strong selling skills, safety awareness, and the ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems. 3–5 years of automotive parts experience preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems and parts.
Strong customer service and selling skills for a DIY audience.
Ability to source parts from multiple channels including special orders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
