A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Spring Branch, Texas. This full-time position requires extensive automotive knowledge and sales skills to assist DIY customers. Key responsibilities include managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
